Signing Into the GP Portal
- A link will be emailed to you via your Key Account Manager

How to reset my password?
- Click on the sign-in link provided on your email or request your KAM for the sign-in link
- Click ‘Forgotten your password’
- Enter your username or Email
- Select a new password (ensure there is 1 uppercase letter, 1 number and 1 special character)
- Sign-in and begin collaborating real-time on fund-admin related activities.

- Step 1: Simply download an authenticator app to generate a one-time password/code.
- Step 2: After you install the Authenticator app, follow the steps below to add your account:
- Open the Authenticator app.
- Select (+) in the upper right corner.
- Point your camera at the QR code
- Scan the displayed QR code with the app, and then enter the six-digit code shown in the app into the "One-time code" field.
