• A link will be emailed to you via your Key Account Manager

How to reset my password?

• Click on the sign-in link provided on your email or request your KAM for the sign-in link
• Click ‘Forgotten your password’
• Enter your username or Email
• Select a new password (ensure there is 1 uppercase letter, 1 number and 1 special character)
• Sign-in and begin collaborating real-time on fund-admin related activities.

• Step 1: Simply download an authenticator app to generate a one-time password/code.
  • FreeOTP Authenticator: iOS / Android
  • Google Authenticator: iOS / Android
  • Microsoft Authenticator: iOS / Android
• Step 2: After you install the Authenticator app, follow the steps below to add your account:
  1. Open the Authenticator app.
  2. Select (+) in the upper right corner.
  3. Point your camera at the QR code
  4. Scan the displayed QR code with the app, and then enter the six-digit code shown in the app into the "One-time code" field.
